TECHNO CNC LC Series Routers

Techno-isel makes a wide range of CNC routers for many different industry applications, woodworking to dental, and multiple levels of production.

The LC series is their mid-range line-up of CNC routers, with a full list of features but not as rugged in construction as their PRO- line.

Basic Features:

• Ball screws on all three axes
• Table Top or Floor Model
• 30" x 24" up to 78" x 120" working area
• Aluminum T-slot table
• Option to convert to a vacuum table and integrate T-slot for both vacuum and mechanical clamping at the same time.
  
  Aluminum Grid for vacuum table that can be gasketed off via a 1" grid to customize active zone.
• Closed-Loop Servomotors and Drives. include feedback loops to constantly monitor position, increasing repeatability and accuracy.
• THK (leading mfg) Rails, linear bearings & ball screws with anti-backlash ball nuts.
• 4 Bearings per Axis for smooth & maintenance free motion
• Spindles Heads: 1hp to 16 hp capacity with industry standard ISO or HSK collets, Electric Fan Cooling, Programmable 6000 to 18000 rpm spindle speed.
• Z axis travel: 8.7"
• Y axis ball screw mechanism is mounted under that work table to avoid particulate contamination.
